You will be given a timeline of activities, so you know what to expect from the first day of our meeting together to the day of closing. You will be provided updates throughout the process. You'll hear from us no less than 2-3 times per week, so you always know what's going on.

Staging
Yes, we offer staging! Designed to create a warm and welcoming buyer experience, this is an investment we are happy to make in the sale of your home. We provide staging services as part of our overall package. No need to hire a staging company, we take care of everything for you at our cost.
Staging includes interior décor such as pillows, bedding, wall art, greenery and other items as needed. If the occasional piece of furniture is needed in specific situations, we will take care of that as well. For example, one seller client of ours had a single empty room upstairs that was perfect for creating a nursery. So we bought all the nursery items and created one, at no cost to our clients!

We hire the best photographers to maximize the appearance of space in your home. We also provide full HDR video photography so your buyer can experience a virtual walk-through at their convenience. Laser-measured floor plans are also included so your potential buyer knows exactly what to expect. This means buyers who schedule a showing are serious about your property!
Full Colour Brochures for Buyers
Photos and video are great for an MLS® listing, but we don't stop there. We also work with professional graphic designers and printing houses to create gorgeous, branded full colour brochures. This allows visitors to remind themselves of how beautiful your home is long after they leave.
This is included in the listing fee, along with all the other services.
Open Houses
Beginning with Saturday & Sunday the first week you’re on market, and as needed afterwards. We use feather flags and multiple large signs for wayfinding to ensure your home is easy to find and everyone knows about the event.
